Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
Within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), a product return can be arranged provided that:
• The product has not been used;
• All seals and labels are intact;
• The warranty card and payment document (fiscal receipt or electronic receipt from a mobile application) are available;
• The integrity of the complete set and packaging has not been damaged;
• The product is not included in the list of goods of proper quality for which returns are restricted by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.
To return a product, you need to:
• Contact the online store manager;
• Complete a product return application (the form will be sent electronically by the manager);
• Provide the manager with a payment document (photo);
• Send the product via Nova Poshta to the company’s name;
After the product inspection, provided that it is in proper condition, the refund will be processed.
IMPORTANT! The refund period is 5–7 banking days.
